Summary

This application is used by one person — the owner of the YouTube channel it publishes to. It collects no data from anybody else, has no users to sign up, and shares nothing with third parties.

What the application accesses

When the channel owner authorises the application with their Google account, it receives access to that account's YouTube data for these purposes only:

• Uploading videos (youtube.upload) — publishing the owner's own instrumentals to the owner's own channel.
• Managing the channel's own content (youtube) — setting thumbnails, adding videos to the owner's playlists, scheduling releases.
• Reading the channel's own statistics (youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly) — views, impressions, click-through rate and average view duration for the owner's own videos.

What is stored, and where

The application stores, on a private server controlled by the channel owner:

• an OAuth refresh token for the owner's own Google account, held in a file readable only by the server's administrator and additionally encrypted at rest;
• video identifiers, titles, publish times and per-video statistics for the owner's own channel;
• the owner's own audio, artwork and rendered video files.

No personal data belonging to viewers, subscribers or any other person is collected, stored or processed.

What is never done

• Data is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party.
• Data is never used for advertising, profiling, or training machine-learning models.
• No other person's Google account is accessed. There is no mechanism for a second user to sign in.
• Nothing is published to any channel other than the one whose owner authorised the application.

Retention and deletion

Statistics are kept for as long as the channel owner finds them useful and can be deleted at any time by the owner. The OAuth token can be revoked at any moment from the Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately and permanently ends the application's access.

YouTube API Services

This application uses YouTube API Services. By authorising it, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Google's own handling of any information it receives is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

You can review and revoke this application's access to your Google account at any time from the Google security settings page or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access ends it immediately and permanently.

Google API Services User Data Policy

This application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Stored YouTube data — video identifiers, titles, publish times and the channel's own daily statistics — is refreshed from the API and is deleted on request. Any stored data is removed within 30 days of the application's access being revoked, and the authorisation token is destroyed at the same time.
