This application is a private tool built and operated by one person for their own use. It publishes that person's own instrumental music to that person's own YouTube channel and reads that channel's own statistics. It is not offered to the public, there is no sign-up, and there is no second user.
Use is limited to the owner of the YouTube channel the application publishes to. No other person is granted a right to use it, and the application provides no mechanism by which another person could. Authorisation is performed by the channel owner with their own Google account.
What the application accesses, stores and never does is described in full in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
All music, artwork and video processed by the application belongs to the channel owner, who is responsible for holding the rights to everything they publish through it. The application creates no ownership claim over any of it.
The application interacts with services operated by others, including YouTube and other Google APIs. Use of those services is governed by their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Terms of Service. This application does not modify, override, or extend those terms, and nothing here grants any right in respect of them.
The application is provided as-is, for private use, with no warranty of any kind. It may fail, produce incorrect output, or stop working at any time. The operator accepts no liability arising from its use, since no party other than the operator uses it.
The channel owner may withdraw the application's access to their Google account at any moment from the Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Access ends immediately and permanently when they do.
